Professional career
During my time at Apple, I worked in the customer support team based in Athens, serving as an advisor for the iTunes division.
This role was a great opportunity to strengthen my skills in problem-solving, clear communication, and managing customer expectations.
Beyond technical support, I learned to identify users’ unspoken needs and simplify complex issues.
This position also marked my first steps in the art of “popularization” — turning technical concepts into accessible, user-friendly explanations.
At the French-speaking customer service center for Mercedes-Benz in Maastricht, my role was to ensure smooth and professional service.
I began by managing conflicts between customers and authorized Mercedes-Benz garages, ensuring that everyone’s expectations were heard and appropriate solutions implemented.
Later, I joined the roadside assistance team, responding to breakdown calls from customers — whether with cars, vans, or trucks — and coordinating support with the nearest authorized garages.
This experience developed my ability to listen actively, respond quickly, and manage high-pressure situations.
At Ikanbi, I contacted individuals who had tested positive for COVID-19 to provide them with prevention guidelines and help limit the spread of the virus. I also informed close contacts about the measures they needed to follow.
Later, I collaborated with medical institutions, occupational health services, and schools to document positive cases and coordinate response actions.
This experience strengthened my skills in precision, clear communication, and effective priority management.
